What We Do
Many websites and conversations use the word "accident." This implies that something just didn't work out. That "things happen" or that folks did their best and there was an "oops." This is rarely true. More likely what happened is that someone had a duty and chose not to follow that duty. The result being an injury to someone else. These are called crashes or collisions and they are preventable.
The National Highway Safety Administration vowed years ago to remove the word "accident" from our vocabulary. The theory is that if we call these events what they really are, preventable crashes, then we take them more seriously.
We believe that everyone owes everyone else a duty to follow the safety rules. When someone chooses to ignore the safety rules, they needlessly endanger others in the community. We also believe that wrongdoers should be held accountable for endangering the community and causing injury to another.

Plaintiff Personal Injury
Every person and organization owes a duty to follow safety rules. If they do not follow those safety rules and you are injured because of it, you may have a personal injury claim.
Personal injuries include bodily injury, pain and suffering, psychological injury, lost income, property damage, loss of enjoyment of life. Sometimes the injury disrupts your life to the point of altering your plans for the future.
Bicycle Crash
A bicycle collision or cycling crash can have serious consequences, especially when the crash involves a car, truck or other vehicle. Sadly, many motorists in Tucson, Arizona and surrounding areas fail to share the road with cyclists, even though Arizona law is very clear about the responsibilities of drivers with regard to bicycle riders.
Bicyclists have the same rights as drivers of vehicles!
In order to protect the rights of injured cyclists, and to better educate vehicle drivers about the need for better vigilance and roadway etiquette, anyone who has been injured while riding a bicycle should contact an experienced bicycle attorney.
Eric Post Law handles Tucson, Arizona bicycle cases and cases all over the State of Arizona.
Motorcycle Crash
With sunny weather and scenic vistas, Arizona is a paradise for motorcyclists. Yet, crowded driving conditions, poorly-maintained roadways, and inattentive drivers have contributed to a worrisome increase in motorcycle collisions during recent years.
Like bicycle collisions, drivers of vehicles often do not see the motorcycle riders who share the road.
Aviation Crash
Our experience in general aviation airplane and helicopter related injuries goes beyond the courtroom. Eric Post has an extensive background in charters, tours, mission oriented flying, instructing, maintenance, repair and inspection.
While many aircraft crashes are deemed the result of pilot error, very often a mechanical malfunction is involved. While a great many aviation attorneys can sort out pilot error crashes, the mechanical failure contribution to a crash can be far more complex.
When an aviation crash occurs, or following any loss or injury resulting from air travel, an experienced aviation attorney can quickly assess complex legal issues and help protect the rights of the injured and their families.
Wrongful Death
The death of any family member or close friend is a very painful experience, and is made worse when the loss resulted from the bad actions or negligence of someone else. Arizona courts allow family members to make financial claims if the death of a loved one has been caused by the misconduct or negligence of someone else, whether acting as an individual or on behalf of a company or other organization
Product Liability
When a product is poorly designed or manufactured, or when it performs in a dangerous manner, it creates a real risk to the people who use that product, and to the general public as well. Products are often very complex in their design and construction, so when someone is injured by a defective product, it's important to seek help from a product-liability attorney who has the legal resources to find the cause of the problem and hold the responsible parties accountable.
